But tell you what i woke up at 4 and did my pranayama and meditation starting 5 AM. It was dark and pure silence and nothing else. It was pure bliss and nothing else. Already i have been working on towards a regular morning routine. This realization of being with myself in the peaceful hours of the morning is sure going to be a great motivator. I will help myself and i know the universe will react back with his support. As i do believe sooner or later this nature starts providing us the necessary environment as to what we want to be if we are persistent.

I am waiting for tomorrow morning when i wake up again at 5 AM and enjoy those silent unblemished hours. With Love to you all i end my post with a sanskrit mantra " Sarwe bhawantu sukhina, Sarwe santu niramaya, Sarwe bhadrani paschyantu, Maa kaschid dukh bhag bhavet". Oh Lord in Thee may all be Happy,May all be Free from Misrey,May all Realise Goodness, and may no one suffer Pain.

Friendly Books

Nitin wants to write about books to read next time.

Food is the medicine

Good health is a sign of wealth. For me wealth is not just about money, it has a lot to do with how healthy you are. How much livid and vital you feel? And more so everybody would agree that it's only when you are healthy that you enjoy each moment to the fullest. Being once down with plaque psoriasis for 5 years and now getting over with it. Even though western medicine does not have any cure for it. Gives me an ample opportunity to research on my case history and pin point about the role of diet in health. Not even health but if put more accurately i should say in helping you cure from a diseased state. If we take our body as an instrument and diet its only input. Better the input better the output. It's of utmost importance to take care off what you eat. Almost everything in our personality has a pattern. So if we develop healthy eating patterns we intensify our chances of staying healthy. There are some sure shot tips which i can jot down which will start you on the highway to health.
1.) Use Olive oil or Mustard Oil for Cooking
2.) Eat at least five portions of raw fruits and veggies in a day. Let's say an apple, banana, strawberries, carrots, melon, cantaloupe, pears, grapes. Eat at least 5 servings.
3.) Use garlic, ginger and tamarind in your daily cooking.
4.) Eat whole wheat breads and brown rice.
5.) Strict no no to white flour, white rice, white sugar.
6.) Drink at least 3-4 liters of water each day. Drink a liter as you wake up first thing in the morning. This will clear you intestine lining of toxins and helps you in proper bowel moment.
7.) Maintain a regular exercise schedule of like 30-45 minutes each day. You can work out or do yoga.
8.) Incorporate Pranayama or breathing exercises to help you learn breathe properly. Lot of our diseases are due to stress inside us. And proper breathing alleviates stress and helps reach the vital force or cosmic energy into each and every cell of your body.
9.) Reduce intake of salt and hot flashy spices which make the food taste hotter.
10.) Don't drink real cold water. Its best if you drink water at room temperature.

And do remember nature is slow but sure. So change your diet habits and don't expect results overnight because what you have done to your body with unhealthy diet for years cant be undone in days. Stick with it and for sure in three to six months you will start seeing the changes.
Now have a good laugh without reason and be in bliss. Joy and Aum to you all.

DIET

Nitin wants to write about Diet today.

Money Mantra

With US economy looking into dark waters, share prices plummeting and real estate foreclosures. I thought about reading about some of the best minds in the business world. Who over a long period of time have sustained their profit making capacities and got their basics right. The more i read the more i found that lot of them follow some common practices and generally the same common practices which any common household practices. And i can admit that i have been doing that too since i have been earning. Looks like it has worked well for me. No late payment, no mounting debts and god willing that's the way it will be moving forward. Let me jot them down
1. Always give away some money depending upon how much you earn. Even a small amount for charity or donations if that is it. It gives you the feeling that you are rich enough to make a small change in somebody's life.
2. Always chalk a realistic plan taking in consideration your earning and fixed expenses. How much you are going to put aside as your savings. You can divide your plans in short term and long term. Over the long term you can set a goal how much you would want to save and then try to achieve fragments of that goal through your short term plan.
3. Talk to and learn from people who you see as financially successful in your sphere or life. A man is known by the company he keeps. As you get involved with them you will learn more about the reasons as to why they are wealthy.
4. And always learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them again.
5. Don't be an impulse buyer and don't get tempted by your friends or people around.
6. Think like a business man. Whatever you earn think of it as the profit you made in your business and execute plans how you can raise those profits by making your money work besides your regular job.
7. Money is the greatest tool or medium you are going to own after your mind/body. So think of it as a actual being and bless it. Every time you spend it or save it send it blissful vibe. So that it grows like you grow when you send yourself a dose of positive energy. Like every time you sign your receipts at the grocery store or restaurant. Sign as"Bless my money or Bless the money".

These are simple tips which i have successfully incorporated in my life and they have turned my life into a bliss. And no reason why not for you all out there. Love Joy and bliss to you all.

Niyama Braham Mahurata

Adulterated with laziness last week i woke up 2 days before sunrise and rest of the days i dozed off like a baby. But i know i am not giving up until i am there. Because it's my ultimate passion to be an early riser and have a regular yoga routine. Yeah today looks like i will sleep on time and i will be up at 5:00.
From tomorrow morning on i am going to have a mix bag routine. I am going to start my day with pranayama for 30 minutes. It will include 5 minutes of Ujjayi pranayama, 10 minutes of Kapal Bhati and 10 minutes of Aloma Viloma Pranayama. Rest i will do some bandhas and mix of another pranayama's.
Once i get done with that then i will revitalize myself with Yoga postures for 30 - 40 minutes. Now these Yoga postures won't have stimulating postures like Sarvangasana, Halasana. Those i will practice in the evening once i get back from work to rejuvenate myself and clear my mind. Also in the evening i will go through the process of learning new yoga postures. As with patience and listening to my body i will learn new poses. I will keep track of them. And moving on i will keep on adding new yoga postures in my regular practice bag. Keeping track of how my practice goes i will surely join Yoga classes under the guidance of a yoga guru. That is a must as it's my goal and Guru for sure is needed when learning and practicing higher level yoga asanas.
While doing all this i need to read suitable stuff because that will be a dose to my mind. But what is more important is regular practice 95% practice and 5% theory. I will have to bear in mind that when i practice it should not be mechanical. It will be with full awareness of how i am using my body parts to get into a pose and at the same time being watchful of my breath like a watchman. Being a loner its totally upto me to keep myself going. As i don't have any distractions from someone but i don't have an encouragement of a company too. So all lies on me. Means i am the one fully responsible for how much i move ahead in my practice. This practice is totally for myself. It's just my selfish act to be my actual self. As i get a glimpse of that inner poise in my very minimal practice. It keeps me pro active to act for more.

5'O Clock Club Mantras

These are couple of Mantras which i should recite before going to bed. So that i am a regular member of 5 AM club.

1. Be in bed by 10:30 to 11
2. No matter what time you sleep get up at 5. Your body will tune to it.
3. No brainstorming in bed when alarm clock ticks. Don't let your mind find excuses not to get up. The more you delay the more you weaken your will to get up.
4. Best way muster your will and just pull off the sheets at once.
5. Don't turn off the alarm and let it snooze until you are up.
6. In totality don't sleep more then 6 to 7 hours a day.
7. You can simply say to yourself when that alarm clock ticks. That this is the only and last morning you have to spend. So get up and be alert of what is happening inside and outside. And if you loose this pious morning the next might never come.
8. Follow Nike's logo : "Just Do it" once you have made up your mind.

Things that i do not to get up at 5:00
1.) Sleep during day and mess up my sleep cycle
2.) Watch movies and sleep late at night.
3.) As due to having psoriasis and my usual body type i don't sweat much. Not just that biking is a good fitness practice but more then that it gives me a chance to sweat. I should say not profusely but still its better then not at all. And as i am taking more interest in biking like Yoga. I am finding more areas where it has positive affects on the body. It helps you shape your legs better that's one thing and then increases your stamina with more effective blood circulation to all your body parts involved in biking.
Till now i have been doing it for 30 minutes in the Hill mode at level 9 for two days per week. Today i stepped up one level further and i did Level 10. In terms of distance i covered like 8.5 miles. I should say i aim at reaching 10 miles in 30 minutes for level 10 and then either i would increase the level or other possibility is to increase the amount of time to 45 minutes.
As i do some basic to intermediate yoga postures and sometimes a fun workout for like twice a week. So if i can reach a stage where i do bike for 45 to 60 minutes twice a week. Let's say covering a distance of 15-20 miles in each session. I think that would be a nice accomplishment from nothing at all. Talking of all this biking i recall what i read something really interesting online. It's about some kinds of bikes where the energy that you put in to bike is used to produce electricity and it can easily power a laptop and some laps. That is something real nice. Not now but some time or may be in a year i might get that kind of bike when i will have my own home and more space. Right now i live in one bedroom rented apartment. So i don't think i will be buying that kind of gadget now. But once i have my own home in a year then i will work on it and get it. Nice thing to have clean fuel and save electricity.
I sure suggest that kind of bike for anyone interested. Now that's about my biking strategies. Oh i should not leak out my Tour De France practice regime. He he. Have a good laugh on this P.J. That's all i want is a good laugh for all of you. Good night and sweet dreams.

Biking Starts

Nitin wants to write tomorrow about his new interest biking at least 10 miles twice or thrice a day.

My Act of Morning

5:30 in the morning my cell phone alarm rang and as usual i put it up to snooze in 5 minutes. And those 5 minutes ended when it was 8 in the morning. Different reasons or i should better say excuses i can cite but at the end. The point is i am missing my routine. Looks to me the biggest challenge is to get up during Brahma Mahurata without fail everyday. I mean i never thought so but looking back at past 2 years how i have been trying to inculcate it. Seems like this habit is eluding me. I would rather say i am eluding myself from this great gift of waking up early and playing by not exercising my will. Everybody will laugh at me if they see how many notes i have written about getting early, how many trackers i have kept and how many print outs i have taken about how to become an early riser. I cant say that i am generally a weak willed person but its just that this particular routine i am not able to stick too.
But you know the greatest thing about me is that i don't stop thinking that next day i will wake up at 5:30 and i again jot it down in my journal. At least sometimes i do and eventually i know i will be there. I think i took out time to put all this in my blog so its perfect time to get out of the lazy box. And let the universe know that tomorrow is not going to be same anymore. Next 21 days on the trot i will be up at 5:00. 3 weeks and i know my body will be automatically committed to waking me up at the same time.
Till now i have been like the Michael Jordan quote which goes like " i can accept failure but i can't accept not trying". Now time has come and its changed to the Nike Logo "Just do it".

New Year

As new year starts i look forward to get up early in the morning during Amrit vela. I have been trying to think of any great idea or any step that i can take to set out my journey on a just cause. Unfortunately there is nothing concrete i have been able to figure out. I cant see anything happening right now but i am sure even this urge of doing something philanthropic is getting really strong is in itself a giant step. Now i just have to be patient and the time will come when all my thoughts will transform into an action. As for now as lately i have been thinking about my humane efforts a lot. I realize how many opportunities come my way each day to actually make somebody's day special. And they go waste because i never saw them.

At work giving the best of my mind and best of my time is in itself a great service. Working with just an attitude where i equate my 8 hours shift to the number of dollars earned in itself doesn't give me enough motivation to do something out of the way or something interesting at work.

So i pondered that what good my work does if done with full vigor, focus and feeling of service. Being an engineer working in cellular industry. At least doing my part of the job assists other in accomplishing theirs and in turn it helps every person out there using cell phone to stay connected in better way and all the time. May be not at macro level but at a micro level i am integral component in helping my company to provide greater and better service to the customers. Its like being one of the million components on a chip. Even if one of those millions fail the chip stops to function properly and hence your electronic device.

Now all this is just to give myself and anybody who agrees with me to have a sense that atleast let's start giving our best at where we are now. Giving out best gives us a chance to be the best. Also it gives us a platform from where on we can look for more bigger and more interesting avenues to serve our surroundings. If we are up to the task now there is all the more chance that we will be better at it when we have our next bigger shot. So let's get our act together and give the best at out job with all our patience, knowledge and selfless focus. If i can make even one person to work this way. And the first thing that we dont want to happen while we change carriers is that we dont want to loose our original number. Because we dont want to go through the hassle of telling all our contacts that we changed our cell phone number. So here drops in the concept of local number portability. And yes it is one of the most hotly debated topics in telecommunication industry.

In plain words Local number portability allows subscribers to obtain telephone service from any other comany (besides the existing one) without changing their existing phone number. So the ultimate goal is to have a "one-number-for-life" scenario where your phone number travels with you no matter where you live or what service you use.

LNP i.e. local number portability is provided through a location routing number (LRN) achitecture. In an LRN architecture each switch is assigned a unique ten-digit LRN, the first six digits identify the location for that switch. So each cutomer's telephone number is paired with the LRN for the swtich that currently serves that telphone number, and the number and the corresponding LRN for the switch that currently serves that telephone number, and the number and the corresponding LRN are stored in one of seven databases, each of which serves an area that corresponds to one of the original regional bell operating company service terrotories.

Now when a customer changes from one LEC (local exchange carrier) to another, the carrier that wins the customer will port the customer's number from the former carrier by electronically transmitting (uploading) the new LRN to the administrator of the relevant regional database. This will pair the customer's original telephone number with the LRN for the switch of the new carrier, allowing the customer to retain the original telephone number. For a carrier to route an interswitch telephone call to a location where number portability is avialable, the carrier must determine the LRN for the switch that serves the terminating telephone number of the call. Carriers will accomplish this by querying an SCP to find the LRN of the terminating telephone number. Rather than perform its own querying, an N-1 carrier may arrange for other carriers or third parties to provide querying and other portability services for them.

So no worries guys go ahead change carried and no worries about keeping changing the number.

The Treatment called Fasting

All the stores around us are all loaded with allopathic or western medicines so much that we have just forgotten the quote " prevention is better then cure ". Like any other system our body's output also depends on our input. Our diet like what we eat, how much we eat decides how healthy we are. But whenever we get ill we run towards allopathic medicines which merely treat the symptons but the underlying cause of the disease keeps accumulating in our body to
show up some time later in more worse manner.
Between all this i just wanted to share with all the readers the single greatest natural healing therapy called " Fasting ". Fasting is a great treatment for all those problems which occur due to overnutrition rather than malnutrition. Fasting is just a kind of synonym for cleansing and detoxification. Its one part of triology of nutrition; balancing and building ( toning ) are the others. A strict fast may be the one in which one can have just water or we can fast while consuming juices made of raw vegetables or herbs. Fasting is basically abstinence of any solid food.
Fasting actually detoxifies your body from various residual toxins that keep on accumulating in your body while we maintain our regular dietary intake. And these are the toxins setlling in our kidneys, liver or intestines which cause various health problems like allergies, diabeties, heart disease and else. Fasting is basically therapeutic and more importantly preventive for all these ailments.
Fasting is a great natural method of feeling. When animals or savages are sick, they fast. But knowing when and how long to fast is a very important fact. With fasting we can turn our energies inward and we can heal, clarify and move into higher spiritual realm.
My idea was just to create interest in this great ancient treatment of ours. Anybody wants more detail " GOOGLE it man "..

Chiru Killing..

Couple of days back i was reading about Chirus and it made me sad that people who want to make a fashion and status statement by wearing shahtoosh shawls dont even know how many chirus have to be killed to prepare one shawl. Basically Chiru is an innocent and beautiful looking Tibetian Antelope.

Frankly speaking i am not really crazy like maneka gandhi about animals. I am just a normal guy not really much into it. But this is sth really cruel. 3 Chirus have to be killed to make a small Shahtoosh Shawl. And for a bigger shawl may be u need to kill 5 Chirus. Without killing Chiru the wool cannot be removed from its skin, which has a natural double fur coat.

No common person can afford to buy them coz they are a luxury. They cost anywhere between $2000 to $8000 in international market. Chiru's fur is considered so warm that the animal can even survive in minus 40 degrees temperature. And the wool shahtoosh obtained from them is considered to be the best in the world.

But i have only one question that what's the use of that best wool if it can only come after taking the life of that innocent animal. We humans have all the means to survive in the cold but still just to flaunt about our clothing and money these shawls are bought. Just one question to all these people that why they make such a hue and cry when some tiger or animal comes hunting for meat in human population. They dnt even do that intentionaly thats there instinct.

I guess some sense prevail upon on all these people and this endangered species gets saved. And we can see them living freely without and fear.

Human is Divine

As humans we all believe that every human being is a creation of GOD. But i do belive that we all are incarnation of GOD on this earth in human form. Being a part of that divine almighty a man's pursuit in life should be to realise & establish divinity in his innerself too. This pursuit continues for ever in life on different wavelenghts. All this provides a perennial source of inspiration in one's life and all our pursuits in life must strictly be focused on this very pious goal. So that this latent source of ever charging inner propulsion never dries up. Really the major difference between a man & another man is the difference in recharging capacity, self propulsion capacity. !!!!!!!
Men who make & create history never feel any negation in their lives whatsoever be the circumstance. More so negation in their lives rather recharges them to rebounce back again through their great & novel actions & thus rewrite history & life.
Men who are actually Gentelmen never allow this evercharging battery which is latent in our innerself to dry up. Always keep a deep faith in you through a deep faith in that Almighty. Make it a habbit to be inspired by any negations & get motivation to rebonce from them rather than being deterred by those negative waves in your lives.
When such great & firm will be the belief in your divinity & thus your recharging capacities no odds- no situations- no surroundings will be able to make difference in your actions & results.
GOD BLESS EVERYBODY!!!!

MyUniverse

MyUniverse

<img style="BORDER-RIGHT: #000000 1px solid; It almost took me as many years too realise that how far reaching meanings this word has in our lives. Whatever we do, how we do and how well we do it all depends on our attitude. Our whole perception of life, our whole perception about others is formed by our attitude.
Majority agrees that " Happiness is a state of mind ". But rather being actually happy people just try to be happy. Rather than looking deep inside us we look towards people for making ourselves happy. Life is going to move on, people around you are going to change but your soul, your mind is going to be the one with you always.
So it wont be a bad practice to befriend ourselves before finding friends outside!!!
Its always in our hands to choose how we react to circumstances around us. A colleague of yours can get impatient and angry with you but its your choice whether to react in the same manner. Else you may take things lightly and just laugh and move on.
Choice is yours !!!
