Even though i dozed off really early like 8 in the evening. But tell you what i woke up at 4 and did my pranayama and meditation starting 5 AM. It was dark and pure silence and nothing else. It was pure bliss and nothing else. Already i have been working on towards a regular morning routine. This realization of being with myself in the peaceful hours of the morning is sure going to be a great motivator. I will help myself and i know the universe will react back with his support. As i do believe sooner or later this nature starts providing us the necessary environment as to what we want to be if we are persistent.
I am waiting for tomorrow morning when i wake up again at 5 AM and enjoy those silent unblemished hours. With Love to you all i end my post with a sanskrit mantra " Sarwe bhawantu sukhina, Sarwe santu niramaya, Sarwe bhadrani paschyantu, Maa kaschid dukh bhag bhavet". Oh Lord in Thee may all be Happy,May all be Free from Misrey,May all Realise Goodness, and may no one suffer Pain.

Food is the medicine
Good health is a sign of wealth. For me wealth is not just about money, it has a lot to do with how healthy you are. How much livid and vital you feel? And more so everybody would agree that it's only when you are healthy that you enjoy each moment to the fullest. Being once down with plaque psoriasis for 5 years and now getting over with it. Even though western medicine does not have any cure for it. Gives me an ample opportunity to research on my case history and pin point about the role of diet in health. Not even health but if put more accurately i should say in helping you cure from a diseased state. If we take our body as an instrument and diet its only input. Better the input better the output. It's of utmost importance to take care off what you eat. Almost everything in our personality has a pattern. So if we develop healthy eating patterns we intensify our chances of staying healthy. There are some sure shot tips which i can jot down which will start you on the highway to health.
1.) Use Olive oil or Mustard Oil for Cooking
2.) Eat at least five portions of raw fruits and veggies in a day. Let's say an apple, banana, strawberries, carrots, melon, cantaloupe, pears, grapes. Eat at least 5 servings.
3.) Use garlic, ginger and tamarind in your daily cooking.
4.) Eat whole wheat breads and brown rice.
5.) Strict no no to white flour, white rice, white sugar.
6.) Drink at least 3-4 liters of water each day. Drink a liter as you wake up first thing in the morning. This will clear you intestine lining of toxins and helps you in proper bowel moment.
7.) Maintain a regular exercise schedule of like 30-45 minutes each day. You can work out or do yoga.
8.) Incorporate Pranayama or breathing exercises to help you learn breathe properly. Lot of our diseases are due to stress inside us. And proper breathing alleviates stress and helps reach the vital force or cosmic energy into each and every cell of your body.
9.) Reduce intake of salt and hot flashy spices which make the food taste hotter.
10.) Don't drink real cold water. Its best if you drink water at room temperature.
And do remember nature is slow but sure. So change your diet habits and don't expect results overnight because what you have done to your body with unhealthy diet for years cant be undone in days. Stick with it and for sure in three to six months you will start seeing the changes.
Now have a good laugh without reason and be in bliss. Joy and Aum to you all.

Money Mantra
With US economy looking into dark waters, share prices plummeting and real estate foreclosures. I thought about reading about some of the best minds in the business world. Who over a long period of time have sustained their profit making capacities and got their basics right. The more i read the more i found that lot of them follow some common practices and generally the same common practices which any common household practices. And i can admit that i have been doing that too since i have been earning. Looks like it has worked well for me. No late payment, no mounting debts and god willing that's the way it will be moving forward. Let me jot them down
1. Always give away some money depending upon how much you earn. Even a small amount for charity or donations if that is it. It gives you the feeling that you are rich enough to make a small change in somebody's life.
2. Always chalk a realistic plan taking in consideration your earning and fixed expenses. How much you are going to put aside as your savings. You can divide your plans in short term and long term. Over the long term you can set a goal how much you would want to save and then try to achieve fragments of that goal through your short term plan.
3. Talk to and learn from people who you see as financially successful in your sphere or life. A man is known by the company he keeps. As you get involved with them you will learn more about the reasons as to why they are wealthy.
4. And always learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them again.
5. Don't be an impulse buyer and don't get tempted by your friends or people around.
6. Think like a business man. Whatever you earn think of it as the profit you made in your business and execute plans how you can raise those profits by making your money work besides your regular job.
7. Money is the greatest tool or medium you are going to own after your mind/body. So think of it as a actual being and bless it. Every time you spend it or save it send it blissful vibe. So that it grows like you grow when you send yourself a dose of positive energy. Like every time you sign your receipts at the grocery store or restaurant. Sign as"Bless my money or Bless the money".
These are simple tips which i have successfully incorporated in my life and they have turned my life into a bliss. And no reason why not for you all out there. Love Joy and bliss to you all.

Niyama Braham Mahurata
Adulterated with laziness last week i woke up 2 days before sunrise and rest of the days i dozed off like a baby. But i know i am not giving up until i am there. Because it's my ultimate passion to be an early riser and have a regular yoga routine. Yeah today looks like i will sleep on time and i will be up at 5:00.
From tomorrow morning on i am going to have a mix bag routine. I am going to start my day with pranayama for 30 minutes. It will include 5 minutes of Ujjayi pranayama, 10 minutes of Kapal Bhati and 10 minutes of Aloma Viloma Pranayama. Rest i will do some bandhas and mix of another pranayama's.
Once i get done with that then i will revitalize myself with Yoga postures for 30 - 40 minutes. Now these Yoga postures won't have stimulating postures like Sarvangasana, Halasana. Those i will practice in the evening once i get back from work to rejuvenate myself and clear my mind. Also in the evening i will go through the process of learning new yoga postures. As with patience and listening to my body i will learn new poses. I will keep track of them. And moving on i will keep on adding new yoga postures in my regular practice bag. Keeping track of how my practice goes i will surely join Yoga classes under the guidance of a yoga guru. That is a must as it's my goal and Guru for sure is needed when learning and practicing higher level yoga asanas.
While doing all this i need to read suitable stuff because that will be a dose to my mind. But what is more important is regular practice 95% practice and 5% theory. I will have to bear in mind that when i practice it should not be mechanical. It will be with full awareness of how i am using my body parts to get into a pose and at the same time being watchful of my breath like a watchman. Being a loner its totally upto me to keep myself going. As i don't have any distractions from someone but i don't have an encouragement of a company too. So all lies on me. Means i am the one fully responsible for how much i move ahead in my practice. This practice is totally for myself. It's just my selfish act to be my actual self. As i get a glimpse of that inner poise in my very minimal practice. It keeps me pro active to act for more.

5'O Clock Club Mantras
These are couple of Mantras which i should recite before going to bed. So that i am a regular member of 5 AM club.
1. Be in bed by 10:30 to 11
2. No matter what time you sleep get up at 5. Your body will tune to it.
3. No brainstorming in bed when alarm clock ticks. Don't let your mind find excuses not to get up. The more you delay the more you weaken your will to get up.
4. Best way muster your will and just pull off the sheets at once.
5. Don't turn off the alarm and let it snooze until you are up.
6. In totality don't sleep more then 6 to 7 hours a day.
7. You can simply say to yourself when that alarm clock ticks. That this is the only and last morning you have to spend. So get up and be alert of what is happening inside and outside. And if you loose this pious morning the next might never come.
8. Follow Nike's logo : "Just Do it" once you have made up your mind.
Things that i do not to get up at 5:00
1.) Sleep during day and mess up my sleep cycle
2.) Watch movies and sleep late at night.
3.) Don't use the same alertness when alarm clock ticks which i use when i set up the alarm at night.
4.) Don't even think off pulling my sheets off. Rather i put them on.
5.) I write more on paper and less in my sub conscious mind.
Will keep on adding more to it. Your suggestions are welcome. All laugh out with joy.

Routine Changes
Nitin wants to write about the changes he is going to bring in his yoga and exercise routine.
Biking Started
Although i had already been biking from last one month. As due to having psoriasis and my usual body type i don't sweat much. Not just that biking is a good fitness practice but more then that it gives me a chance to sweat. I should say not profusely but still its better then not at all. And as i am taking more interest in biking like Yoga. I am finding more areas where it has positive affects on the body. It helps you shape your legs better that's one thing and then increases your stamina with more effective blood circulation to all your body parts involved in biking.
Till now i have been doing it for 30 minutes in the Hill mode at level 9 for two days per week. Today i stepped up one level further and i did Level 10. In terms of distance i covered like 8.5 miles. I should say i aim at reaching 10 miles in 30 minutes for level 10 and then either i would increase the level or other possibility is to increase the amount of time to 45 minutes.
As i do some basic to intermediate yoga postures and sometimes a fun workout for like twice a week. So if i can reach a stage where i do bike for 45 to 60 minutes twice a week. Let's say covering a distance of 15-20 miles in each session. I think that would be a nice accomplishment from nothing at all. Talking of all this biking i recall what i read something really interesting online. It's about some kinds of bikes where the energy that you put in to bike is used to produce electricity and it can easily power a laptop and some laps. That is something real nice. Not now but some time or may be in a year i might get that kind of bike when i will have my own home and more space. Right now i live in one bedroom rented apartment. So i don't think i will be buying that kind of gadget now. But once i have my own home in a year then i will work on it and get it. Nice thing to have clean fuel and save electricity.
I sure suggest that kind of bike for anyone interested. Now that's about my biking strategies. Oh i should not leak out my Tour De France practice regime. He he. Have a good laugh on this P.J. That's all i want is a good laugh for all of you. Good night and sweet dreams.
